Reservation text messages
Program name: The Merrow Reservation Notifications. When you provide your phone number on our reservation form, you agree to receive text messages about your own reservation: a confirmation when your table is approved and a same-day reminder before your reservation. This program sends no marketing messages.
Message frequency varies with your reservations (typically 1–2 messages per reservation). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help, call us at (917) 508-3230, or email info@themerrowlbny.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel your reservation — we'll still reach you by email or phone.
Reservations
Reservation requests are confirmed by our staff and are not final until you receive a confirmation. Tables are held 15 minutes past your reserved time. The Merrow is a 25-and-over bar.
Who operates this service
The Merrow's online reservation system and the reservation text-message program are operated by Modwize Automation LLC (modwize.io) on The Merrow's behalf.
