What we collect
When you request a reservation or send an event inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, party size, requested date and time, and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use this information solely to manage your reservation or inquiry — to confirm, remind, or contact you about it by email, text message, or phone. If you provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages about your reservation (a confirmation and a same-day reminder). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your reservations. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.
What we don't do
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data is shared with any third party or affiliate. Information is processed only by the service providers that operate our reservations system (hosting, email, and text-message delivery), solely on our behalf and never for their own marketing.
Who operates this service
The Merrow's online reservation system and its text-message program are operated by Modwize Automation LLC (modwize.io) on The Merrow's behalf. This policy applies to both The Merrow (themerrowlbny.com) and Modwize Automation LLC in connection with the reservation messaging program.
